Gardaí are at the scene of a fatal road traffic collision in the city centre this morning.
The incident occurred last night at around 11:30pm at the junction of Amiens Street and Store Street in Dublin 1.
The collision involved a bus and a man in his 20s.
The man was fatally injured during the collision and was pronounced dead at the scene.
No other injuries were reported.
The body of the man has since been removed to the City Morgue at Whitehall.
The scene of the incident is currently preserved for a technical examination by Gardaí, and there are road closures in place at the junction of Amiens Street/Store Street and Beresford Place/Amiens Street.
Any road users or pedestrians who may have camera footage (including dash-cam), and who were in the Amiens Street/Store Street area last night between 11:15pm and 11.45pm, is asked to make this footage available to Gardaí.
Luas Red Line services are only operating between Abbey Street and Tallaght/Saggart this morning.
Buses are also accepting Luas tickets for routes which have been impacted.
