A woman in her 40s has died in a house fire in Co Wicklow.
The alarm was raised at a house at Monastery Grove in Enniskerry shortly before 5 o'clock this morning.
Two children - aged 13 and 15 - managed to escape the blaze, but the body of a woman believed to be their mum was found in an upstairs room.
The two children have been taken to Crumlin Children's Hospital and a technical examination of the scene is now underway.
