An American tourist is appealing for help in finding her parents' ashes after they were lost with her luggage.
Donna O'Connor from Chicago flew with Air Canada to Dublin, but her baggage never arrived.
She had intended to spread their ashes on a family farm in County Mayo.
However, Donna has spent days travelling to and from Dublin airport to find them.
She's described her troubles with trying to get help from officials back home.
"You just call a place and then they say they can't take your call or you get put on hold for 2 and a half or 3 hours.
"It's not that my parents aren't worth that but it's an international call and I'm like 'I can't keep doing this' because I'm not getting any help from them."
