Ireland's newest millionaire bought the winning ticket in Dublin.
Saturday's winning Lotto jackpot ticket worth over €5.3 million was sold in the city centre.
The winner hasn't come forward yet, and the National Lottery is reminding people to check their tickets.
The latest National Lottery millionaire is advised to sign the back of their ticket and keep it safe. They should make contact with the National Lottery prize claims team on 1800 666 222 or email claims@lottery.ie and arrangements will be made for them to claim their prize.
Bonus Winners
Saturday night’s Lotto draw also saw two players in Dublin and Offaly match five numbers and the bonus to share a prize fund worth almost €100,000. The Dublin Match 5 + Bonus winner who purchased their ticket at Dunnes Stores in Cornelscourt Shopping Centre in Foxrock, Dublin 18 has since made contact with the National Lottery while the Offaly winner who purchased their ticket, which is now worth €48,403, at Macs Place, Obama Plaza in Moneygall is yet to come forward.
A National Lottery spokesperson says: "We are appealing to all of our Lotto players who may have purchased their ticket for Saturday night’s draw in Dublin City Centre to check their tickets carefully.
"The Dublin player has officially become Ireland’s newest Lotto millionaire and now has a ticket worth the astonishing amount of €5,365,262. We are advising the winner to sign the back of their ticket and keep it safe. They should make contact with our prize claims team who will make arrangements for them to claim their life-changing prize."
"Saturday’s win has brought the number of Lotto jackpot wins so far this year to a total of three, following the Mayo €19,060,800 jackpot win in January and the Meath €4,687,612 jackpot win in February. The Dublin Lotto jackpot winner is also the 13th National Lottery millionaire of 2022."
