There has already been a winner of this year's Flora Women's Mini Marathon in Dublin.
Barbara Cleary from Donore Harriers passed the finish line with a time of 34 minutes 7 seconds.
Around 40-thousand-women are participating in the ten kilometre race.
Last year's event raised more than 12 million euro's for 700 different charities.
Motorists are advised there will be some diversions in place until 6 o'clock this evening.
