The ISPCA has warned people doing "Neknominations" that eating live goldfish is a criminal offence.
The animal charity says that it could potentially lead to prosecution.
The ISPCA says that it has received a number of calls about Neknomination videos in which it appears that goldfish are swallowed alive.
These videos are currently under investigation.
