A brother and sister are due in court this morning charged in connection with the death of Thomas Horan in Ringsend.
The 63 year old was discovered at his home at Cambridge Court in the early hours of Monday morning.
Thomas Horan, originally from Mullingar, had been living at the Dublin City Council-run housing complex for senior citizens for the past three year.
His body was found by a friend who called to the house in the early hours of Monday morning.
A post mortem examination revealed that he died from internal injuries.
A man in his 20s and a woman in her 30s will appear before Dublin District Court at 10:30am this morning.
