The DSPCA says two puppies are safe after they were rescued from the boot of a jeep at Dublin Port.
The pair, called Cosmo and Wanda, were seized by Customs Officers on Friday.
The DSPCA says the pair were ‘terrified and shut down’ which was ‘heartbreaking to see.’
