A man and a woman are in hospital following separate assaults in the city centre.
A man was assaulted and mugged in last night.
It happened on Jervis Street at around 11.45pm.
Gardaí say the man who was attacked is in the Mater Hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries.
They're appealing for witnesses and say investigations are ongoing.
A garda spokesperson says: "Gardaí attended the scene of an assault and robbery at Jervis Street, late on the night of Monday 24th July, 2023.
"At approximately 11.45p.m. Gardaí were alerted to a man injured on Jervis Street. He was removed from the scene by ambulance to The Mater Misericordiae University Hospital where his injuries are serious but non-life threatening.
"Investigations ongoing."
Woman Attacked
A woman in her 30s was attacked on Price's Lane in Temple Bar about 11.50am yesterday morning.
She was taken to St. James' Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries, and gardaí have launched an investigation.
A garda spoksperson says: "Gardaí are investigating an assault that occurred on Price’s Lane, Dublin 2 at approximately 11:50am on Monday 24th July 2023.
"A female in her 30s was conveyed to St. James’ Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
"Investigations are ongoing."
