Two people have died on the countries roads in the past 24 hours.
A man in his 60's died in co. Tipperary yesterday following a collision on the M8 motorway, northbound near Junction 7 Cahir.
The man-who was the driver of the car, was pronounced dead at the scene. While, a second man, aged in his 20's was taken by Ambulance to Clonmel Hospital -his injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
Meanwhile, in the North, a man has died following a single car collision in county Antrim yesterday evening.
The incident happened in Ballinderry Upper shortly after 8.30pm. The 53 year old man-who was the driver of the car-was fatally injured.
Meanwhile, a 38 year old woman was taken to hospital for treatment for her injuries which are not believed to be life threatening.
