Two leaving cert students from the same Dublin school have died in seperate incidents while holidaying on the Greek island of Ios.
The 18 year olds who both attended St Michael's College in Ballsbridge were on a post-Leaving Cert holidays.
Yesterday the school confirmed in separate postings on its website that two of its class of 2023 had died.
They were named as Andrew O'Donnell and Max Wall.
The school paid tribute to their sporting contribution to St. Michael's College and described both boys as being hugely popular with staff and fellow students.
The collage added that its staff are available to speak with and assist any students who require support.
Our thoughts are with Andrew O'Donnell and Max Wall’s family and friends at this awful time.
We offer our sincerest condolences to the Class of 2023, the school staff &!the pupils.
