In Scotland, the jury trial of a Dublin man accused of the murdering his mother has been sent out to consider a verdict.
James Dunleavy - also known as Seamus - denies killing 66-year-old Philomena Dunleavy in Edinburgh last Spring.
The 40-year-old Marino native also rejects claims he tried to cover up the alleged murder and destroy evidence.
Yesterday, the court heard how police could find no evidence that he'd cut up her body.
