The company behind the popular video sharing app TikTok is opening a new hub in Dublin.
It's expected at least 100 people will be hired by the end of the year for the EMEA 'Trust & Safety Hub'.
It'll work with regulators and the Government to make sure TikTok's policies keep users safe.
The firm has similar safety hubs in the San Francisco Bay Area and Singapore.
The Dublin operations will be led by Cormac Keenan, who recently left a senior community operations role at Facebook.
Alex Zhu, president of TikTok, said: "TikTok is attracting more and more new users drawn to a truly creative, joyful and authentic space to express themselves.
"For people to feel comfortable expressing themselves, they must feel safe."
