Three teenagers have appeared in court charged in connection with an incident where Garda car was rammed in Cherry Orchard last month.
All three have been released on bail with conditions.
Two 14-year-old boys and a third boy aged 15 appeared separately before Judge Paul Kelly at Dublin Childrens Court this morning.
The court heard all three, who can’t be named due as they are minors, made no reply under arrest, charge and caution.
The 15-year-old boy is accused of driving a stolen car in Cedarbrook Avenue in Ballyfermot on the 19th of September and using or being a passenger in a second stolen vehicle.
He’s also charged with dangerous driving and causing damage to a Garda car at Cherry Orchard Avenue on the same date.
One of the 14-year-old boys was accused of being a passenger in two stolen cars at Cedarbrook Avenue on September 19th.
The second 14-year-old was alleged to have been a passenger in one of the two stolen cars on the same date.
There were no objections to bail which was granted with certain conditions.
Among them, 1 boy has been ordered to obey a curfew, while the 2 others have to stay away from the Ballyfermot area.
All three are due before the Children’s Court again on November 15th.
