Three Mobile has confirmed that some customers are suffering loss of service.
Reports on social media suggest that the outage isn't limited to one part of the country.
The company has posted on twitter to say it's working to restore full service as quickly as possible.
A spokesperson for the network told us:
"We are aware that some customers are currently having issues accessing data and voice services."
"We are working to resolve this ASAP and we apologise for any inconvenience caused."

Two Thirds Of Mobile Traffic Could Be Hit
"The Irish Independent's technology editor Adrian Weckler it means about two thirds of Irish mobile data traffic could be hit."
"It's a particular problem for Three, because Three hosts an awful lot of other operators on it's network."
"These are called Virtual Operators."
"They include Virgin Mobile, Tesco Mobile, LycaMobile and Three's own sub-brand 48 which it's done a lot of marketing around recently."
"So that's five operators that might be affected by this outage."
