Three men in their 20s have been hospitalised following an incident in Dublin city centre.
It happened near Temple Bar last night.
The three young men were assaulted on Fownes Street Upper, just after ten o'clock last night.
It's understood the men were tourists holidaying in the capital when they were attacked.
Gardaí say they were taken by ambulance to St James's Hospital for treatment.
Investigations are ongoing.
