This year's Electric Picnic festival is officially off.
Organisers say they have no other choice but to cancel the event that they were hoping to hold at the end of this month.
They say the decision has been made after Laois County Council did not reverse its decision to refuse planning permission.

Refunds will be offered, but those with tickets can retain them for next years EP - which will be held on the first weekend of September next year.
The cancellation comes despite the easing of restrictions on live events from next month.
However, the Stradbally festival couldn't go ahead with a licence from the council - despite efforts by some Government ministers to find a solution.
Electric Picnic organisers said: "We would not be able to do the festival justice this close to show day, and it would be unfair to ask ticket holders who’ve stood by us throughout this pandemic to come to EP and not get the full experience they are used to and deserve."
