A man accused of raping a woman in Dublin two years ago, when he was a juvenile, has been sent forward for trial to the Central Criminal Court.
The 19-year-old was charged with the offences, which allegedly occurred in January 2021, when he was 17.
He appeared at the Dublin Children's Court today, which granted bail but ordered no contact with witnesses or the complainant.
He was served with a book of evidence and returned to the Central Criminal Court for trial.
Legal aid was granted.
The teen has yet to indicate a plea and cannot be named for legal reasons.
