A teenager is in a critical condition in hospital following a shooting in Finglas last night.
It happened in the Fairlawn Road area shortly after 10pm.
The victim, who is aged in his late teens, was originally taken to Connolly Hospital in Blanchardstown for treatment.
He has since been transferred to St. Vincent's Hospital.
Gardaí say no arrests have been made yet in relation to the shooting.
They are appealing for anyone with information about the incident to contact them.
