A 15-year-old boy accused of murdering a woman in the IFSC has been sent forward for trial to the Central Criminal Court.
Mother-of-two Urantsetseg Tserendorj died after she was stabbed in a 40-second incident on January 20th as she was walking home from work.
The 48 year old, who was originally from Mongolia, died in hospital two weeks after the incident.
The boy, who cannot be named because of his age, was remanded in custody in January.
He appeared at the Dublin Children’s Court today and was served with a copy of the prosecution’s book of evidence by Detective Sergeant Brendan Casey.
A date for the teenager's next court appearance has yet to be scheduled, while he has not yet indicated how he will plead.
