An Irish tech company has announced 150 new jobs for Dublin.
Intercom, a software firm that produces a messaging platform for businesses, will create the positions over the next 12 months.
It will bring the company's headcount in Dublin to over 400. The majority of the positions will be R&D, including Engineering, Product Design, Product Management, Research, Analytics and Data Science.
Amazon, Microsoft and Facebook are among Intercom's customers.
Tánaiste, and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, Leo Varadkar welcomed the announcement saying; "Intercom has been one of the most influential companies in Irish tech over the last 10 years, showing other startups they can build world-class products locally and expand internationally."
In early 2023, Intercom will move into a new office on Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin 2.
