A Green Party TD has confirmed she will appeal Dublin City Council's decision to allow a hotel build over a popular beer garden.
It was announced earlier this week the area shared by Murray's, the Living Room and Fibber's bar, would become an extension to a nearby hotel.
Deputy Neasa Hourigan is one of only 12 people who is eligible to appeal the decision to the council.
The deadline is July 7th.
FYI I am going to appeal the decision by DCC to allow the Holiday Inn Express to build on the existing shared beer garden. Only those who made an observation at the beginning can do this (only 12 observations were submitted). 1/ https://t.co/PoC9Rx07cV
