Gardai say a taxi driver faces court proceedings, after failing a roadside breath test in Dublin with a passenger on board.
Dublin Castle Roads Policing Unit stopped the taxi at a a checkpoint on Watling Street.
They say the driver proceeded to fail a roadside breath test and was arrested.
