The only way to avoid a nationwide electricians strike is for employers to back off.
Those are the fighting words of the TEEU this morning as union and industry representatives go before the Labour Relations Commission.
Union members have voted overwhelmingly in favour of industrial action on February 24th, which employers have criticised.
