North Dublin locals have rallied to support a 92-year-old woman who was robbed days before Christmas.
A 92-year-old woman from Summerhill on Dublin's northside took out five hundred euro from the post office.
Then she was followed home band robbed.
Staff at the local Spar shop and Summerhill locals have rallied around and organised a collection for her.
Lord Mayor of Dublin Nial Ring said the pensioner was a bit shaken, but overwhelmed by the generosity of her neighbours.
