A nationwide flood advisory has been issued by Met Éireann until Thursday night for the entire country.
Storm Ciarán is on the way, and it's bringing a high risk of both heavy rain and flooding for all counties, but it's expected that Leinster and Munster will be hit the hardest.
#StormCiarán has been named by Met Office.
It will bring falls of heavy rain 🌧️ and strong winds 🌬️late on Wednesday and into Thursday.

Over the weekend, coastal areas experienced tidal flooding, leading to the closure of public areas like Portmarnock Beach and Sandymount Strand. Now, it looks like we could be experiencing more of this.
There are concerns the risk of flooding could be severe, because a lot of the land is already waterlogged from recent heavy downpours.
On top of that, river levels are quite high right now, meaning they pose an extra risk for overflowing.
We're also being warned of an increased risk of poor visibility and driving conditions, so take care out there!
