Gardaí have a policing plan in place including a number of traffic diversions.
AA Roadwatch say 'Road closures are in place around St Stephen's Green this afternoon (27th) expect public transport. Gardaí are diverting traffic.'
The parks are expected to reopen as normal tomorrow.
