Social housing tenants at a luxury complex in Dublin say they’re being discriminated against.
They are not allowed to use the same services as private renters.
19 units at the Marianella complex in Rathgar, are provided to social housing tenants through the City council.
However, those who are living there through a scheme say they are excluded from using the same services as their neighbours.
Services
They say they are not allowed access to the gym, meeting rooms or the roof top terrace and are also excluded from the concierge service.
Independent Councillor Mannix Flynn says he is prepared to fight these exclusions to the courts.
Some of the two bedroom apartments at the complex available to rent privately for over €3,000.
