A schoolboy is recovering in Crumlin Children's Hospital this morning after he was shot in the neck in Ballyfermot last night.
It's understood the six year old boy was in the hallway of a house in Croftwood estate when two men pushed through the front door and opened fire.
The child got caught up in the crossfire and was shot as the gunman missed his intended target.
