Protesters have been given permission to move their demonstrations closer to Shelbourne Park Greyhound Stadium.
Last November, the High Court ordered them to stay at least 50 metres away from the Dublin dog track while holding animal welfare protests.
Today, it was agreed the demonstrators can continue to protest no closer than 3.5 metres from either side of the main gate.
The Irish Greyhound Board says it fully respects the right to protest, but added they need to be conducted in a "managed way".
Gerard Dollard, CEO of IGB, said today's outcome "hopefully offers a basis for an ongoing structured engagement between all parties".
