Former billionaire Sean Quinn is due to take the witness stand at the Anglo Irish Bank trial later.
Three former executives from the bank, Sean Fitzpatrick, Willie McAteer and Pat Whelan are accused of providing illegal loans to Sean Quinn's family and a group investors to buy shares in the company.
They deny the charges.
