58 primary and secondary schools across Dublin are getting government funding to make improvements.
Toilets and roofs will be repaired under the summer work scheme.
A total of 35 million euro is being provided nationally.
This money is on top of 36 million announced in March for bigger gas, electrical and mechanical works.
