Ryanair has confirmed that from today all passengers can now bring a second small carry-on bag on board.

The low cost air-line is to allow customers to carry the additional small luggage in addition to a free 10kg cabin bag allowance.

The company says it is also to cut its re-issue boarding card fee from 70 euro's to 15 euro's for customers who have already checked-in online.

Ryanair says the customer service improvements is part of their efforts to improve the experience for passengers.
