Six charities have been chosen to share money raised from this year's cycle.

Five others, including the National Rehabilitation Centre in Dublin, will also benefit from funds.

Bridget McGuire, Chairperson for the Ring of Kerry Charity Cycle, said their goal is:

"To continue to raise as much money as possible".

Cyclists can choose to fundraise for their chosen charity through the online fundraising platform, Everyday Hero, or sponsorship cards.

Cathal Walshe, PRO for the Ring of Kerry Charity Cycle, said:

"Every euro raised, will go directly to your chosen charity".

The registration fee for 2019 is €100 plus a 3.5% service fee.
