Almost €80,000 in cash has been seized at Dublin Port.
The money was found hidden under a vehicle which was attempting to board a ferry to France.
Revenue detector dog James sniffed the €79,110 out on Monday.
Officers say the dog "showed an interest in a particular vehicle".
It was then stopped, searched and scanned using Revenue’s Mobile X-Ray Scanner Unit.
The scan found two packages under the vehicle, with the cash hidden inside.
A court has given officers permission to hold onto the money for three months while they investigate where it came from.
