Around 250 people are getting the keys to their newly regenerated homes at St Mary's Mansions.
Eighty new units are ready to welcome families back to the Sean McDermott Street complex in the north inner city.

€23 million has been spent regenerating the 70 year-old flat complex.
Betty O'Neill and her sixteen siblings have lived in the flats their entire lives. She got a first look at her flat this morning;
"Yeh it's lovely, it is isn't it...Jesus you would want a few bob for this, to do it up. It's more airy, it's more open."
