Residents in an area of Dublin's south-inner city are calling for the local authority and the HSE to sort out a rat issue - saying they've caught 50 rodents in the past week.
Due to Covid-19 there has been an issue in control teams being deployed to areas where there are infestations.
The community in Oliver Bond Street have been working together over the past couple of weeks to bring the problem under control.
Lynette Lyons lives there - she says the rats are huge:
"We went door to door, we pooled in, and bought some traps.
"We've been laying traps, going round the next morning then, and then we're paying pest control, they come in and look after it.
"We've caught 50 plus rats since last week."
