The receiver to A-wear has reopened four stores and plans to open another five or six stores by next week.
Out of a total of 31 stores in Ireland - Dublin branches in Blancherstown, Dundrum and Grafton Street have reopened as has the branch in Sligo.
A statement from Receiver Ken Fennell says it's not been decided which branches will open next week.
Gift cards and vouchers sold during the examinership period from October 8th will be honoured up until Christmas Eve.
