There is no sign of the rain stopping in Dublin after the latest weather warning.
A yellow rainfall alert for the entire country is valid from 9pm tonight, lasting for 24 hours, while a wind warning comes into effect at 6am tomorrow.
Met Éireann says intense rainfall of between 30 and 50 mm is expected at times with surface flooding. It says it will result in rivers rising even further and may cause waterways to burst their banks.

It follows a number of weather alerts in recent days, including a red warning during Storm Ellen last week.
The yellow wind warning for Dublin, Wicklow, Wexford and Munster will kick in at 6am tomorrow and last until 7pm..
Met Eireann says very windy or stormy conditions are expected on Tuesday as Storm Francis crosses Ireland. Southwest winds veering westerly, reaching mean speeds of 55 to 65km/h, will bring widespread severe gusts of 90 to 110km/h, and possibly higher in exposed areas. Some disruption is likely and possibly structural damage.
Dublin forecast
A dry day with sunny spells and just the odd shower. Highest temperatures of 16 to 18 Celsius, with light to moderate southeasterly winds.
Dry at first tonight but a band of heavy rain associated with Storm Francis will extend from the southwest overnight, some thundery falls and localised flooding possible. Easterly winds will increase fresh to strong and gusty reaching gale force in coastal areas. Lowest temperatures will range 12 to 14 Celsius.
Similar conditions are expected tomorrow with temperatures getting up to 20 degrees.
Met Éireann says the national outlook is that the weather will stay unsettled over the coming days, however the weekend will bring drier and quieter conditions.
