Hundreds of people are expected to gather outside the Dáil later for a protest against restrictions in maternity units.
Pregnant women, their partners and their newborn babies are expected to highlight their concerns over ongoing restrictions.
They’re calling for an end to all restrictions on partners attending maternity services.
Linda Kelly from Better Maternity Care says they didn’t think they’d have to take to the streets;
"People are coming with their newborns to this protest today. People have traveled from Galway and Limerick and Cork with small kids, you know buggies in tow, really arduous journeys."
The protest is due to begin at 1pm.
