Police in Nigeria are offering a 300,000 dollar reward to anyone who can help safely return more than 200 missing schoolgirls.
The girls were abducted by Boko Haram militants three weeks ago - and the country's Government is under increasing pressure to find them.
The US Government has pledged to send military experts to help in the search and rescue effort.
