The British Royal Family has yet to respond to a lawsuit filed against Prince Andrew in the US.
The Duke of York is accused of sexually abusing a woman over 20 years ago.
Virginia Giuffre is a victim of the convicted paedophile Jeffrey Epstein.
Now, she has filed a lawsuit in the US, where she accuses the Royal of sexual assault on three occasions in 2001, when she was just 17.
It's not the first time these allegations have been made by Mrs Giuffre, which have always been denied by the Duke of York.
Taken from his infamous BBC Newsnight interview in 2019, Prince Andrew denied any knowledge of a widely circulated photo of him and Virgina Giuffre.
Sky's Royal Correspondent Rhiannon Mills says the allegations just aren't going away.
Despite US Authorities wanting to speak to Andrew about his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein, it's thought this particular lawsuit won't lead to him bring extradited as it is a civil case.
The Duke and Buckingham Palace have offered no comment on the latest developments.
