A former Dublin City Councillor say all those involved in the Poolbeg Incinerator project since it's inception should be brought before the Oireachtas Environment Committee for questioning.
Labour TD Kevin Humphries has called for an independent investigation after it emerged last night that 108 million euro had been spent on the project in Dublin.
Dublin's City Manager, Owen Keegan, also warned yesterday that the taxpayer could face a massive legal bill if plans to scrap the project go ahead.
