A plane has made an emergency landing at Dublin Airport.
The small private aircraft - with 20 people on board - departed at 3:30pm this afternoon.
It returned to Dublin Airport 15 minutes later - after developing an engine issue - and landed safely.
The plane was carrying a Spanish government delegation that was attending the European People's Party congress.
