County Wicklow is finally getting its first ever Penneys.
The retailer is opening in the new Bray Central shopping centre this morning, the 38th Penneys in Ireland.
€4 million has been invested in the outlet which is creating 100 jobs.
It's taken the Irish company 55 years to open a shop in the county and Penneys is aiming to have 530 stores worldwide by the end of next year.
Sandie Stanley who owns the nearby Boomerang Bar, is throwing a "Penneys Party" to celebrate;
"We just decided sure why not celebrate something that's been waited on for so long. I mean there's been a giant hole in the middle of the town for Donkey's years."
