Passengers arriving at Dublin airport passport control outside of business hours face long queues.
Its because civil servants who monitor the electronic self-service passport checks, only work 9 to 5, Monday to Friday.
The programme was set up to fast track EU passengers, however its resulted in long delays outside of office hours, and a flurry of complaints to the DAA.
