A man in his 50s has died in a collision on the M1 in Dublin this afternoon.
The driver and sole occupant of the van was pronounced dead at the scene of the incident which happened at 12.45pm.
All lanes of the M1 northbound are currently closed between junction 3 Swords and junction 4 Donabate for a technical examination.
Gardai are appealing for information from any witnesses, and in particular any dash cam footage.
The M1 Northbound is closed between Junction 3 - Junction 4 as Gardai and emergency services deal with a single vehicle collision.

There are long delays from the Port Tunnel side of the M50 Interchange to junction 3 and also along the Old N1, while there are also long queues on the off-ramps of the M1 at these junctions.
