Former staff at a Dublin bakery want the business to be wound up so they can be paid.
Workers at the Paris Bakery on Moore Street claim they're owed up to 100 thousand Euro in wages.
The firm shut suddenly two weeks ago amid financial difficulties.
Since then staff have staged a sit-in at the premises demanding their money.
Many of the people employed by the bakery are from other countries and are being supported by the group Migrant Rights Ireland.
