An operation is underway to remove migrants in tents from along Dublin's Grand Canal.
Over 100 tents have been pitched close to the International Protection Office since the weekend after people camping on Mount Street were moved away in a similar operation last week.
The area around the canal has been barricaded off and there's a large garda presence in the area.
Names of asylum seekers are being taken and five buses are waiting to take people away.
It comes as asylum seekers at Crooksling and CityWest could soon be headed for the Midlands, in a bid to make room for those currently camping along the Grand Canal.
Notices to vacate have been posted at both Crooksling and CityWest, but no information has been provided about where the residents are being relocated to.
It comes amid criticism of an offer posted at the International Protection Office on Mount Street indicating an extra daily allowance for those who refuse tents and find private accommodation instead.
