One man is dead and a second has been injured after separate gun attacks in Dublin.
Both incidents happened within an hour of each other last night, however at this stage Gardaí don't believe there is any link between them.
The first shooting happened outside a shop on Cardiffsbridge Road in Finglas at around 9pm.
A man in his early 20's suffered at least one gunshot wound and was taken to hospital but his injuries aren't thought to be life threatening.
In the second attack a man was targeted in the Ronanstown area at about 10 pm. He was targeted in the driveway of a house at Harelawn Park.
